  1. Ahaha! The decaf one is really funny!

And if you like Roman History, I bet you'll enjoy the book "Hostage Lands" by Douglas Bond (though I'm thinking you probably already read it). I'm currently reading it, and yes it is very engaging- much like watching a movie.

    1. I thought so too.... :)

I have heard of that book, although I have not read it. It sounds intriguing! However, (and this may surprise you) I seldom read fiction anymore! In the last 4 years, I think I've only read 2-3 fictional titles. Ironic, considering I write historical-fiction... ;)

  3. I went back to see what I posted last time and it wasn't there...I must have done something wrong, but alas, problem solved!I knew I wouldn't remember what I already posted, but I guess now it doesn't matter! Here goes: I would have to say, warm sunny days in the garden, hanging laundry on the same, soft breezes, good friends, family, chocolate, freshly baked bread, the smell of coffee, tea, good books, music, a beautiful singing voice, my children, my whole family, bare feet on the sandy beach and in the ocean,a cozy warm fireplace to sit by on a cold day and Summer evenings! Enough, I have WAY too many!I surely missed a bunch!

  4. That moment where you understand math is a sweet moment indeed. :) I'll definitely praise the Lord if I make it through this take home test for basic concepts of math (relatively) unscathed....

    1. I am so sorry for you. :) Praise the Lord my "profession" does not involve math (except for calculating royalties, which I do not mind doing!). :)

Here's a few more of my favorites: one-to-one time with friends, teas with my mom, running races, hymn group, skittles, nursing home ministry, riding horses, making cards....there's a bunch more, I'm sure. Watching the Lord at work has to be a favorite thing! And enjoying God's creation is right up there, too!
